9.1 juan366 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and in any event for no shorter a period than that required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
9.2 Account data and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction or Account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.
9.3 KYC documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure or the last transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
9.4 Where personal data is retained solely for legal compliance purposes following Account closure, access to that data is restricted to authorized compliance personnel only.

12.2 Security measures include, but are not limited to: 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive stored data, access controls and role-based permissions, regular security vulnerability assessments, and 24/7 security monitoring.
12.3 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, juan366 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected data subjects without undue delay where required by the DPA.
12.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. juan366 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication on your Account.
13.1 juan366 is strictly prohibited to persons under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
13.2 If juan366 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that Account will be immediately suspended, any Balance will be returned to the deposit source, and all associated personal data will be deleted except where retention is required by law.
13.3 If you believe that a minor has accessed juan366 using your Account or by providing false age information, please contact Support immediately.
14.1 The juan366 Platform may reference or link to third-party services (such as payment providers and game developers) whose privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies. juan366 is not responsible for the data practices of third-party services accessed through or in connection with the Platform.
14.2 Players are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party services they use in connection with their juan366 account, including GCash, Maya, and any Philippine bank used for transactions.
15.1 juan366 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amended policy taking effect.
15.2 The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this policy. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
