These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and juan366 ("juan366," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing all use of the website juan366.vip and all associated services. 5.3 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. juan366 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
5.4 All KYC documents are processed in accordance with juan366's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and used solely for compliance and identity verification purposes.
6.1 The minimum single deposit is ₱100. juan366 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.
6.2 GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer and InstaPay deposits are credited within the processing time of the relevant financial institution.
6.3 You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing from a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
6.4 juan366 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which juan366 accepts no responsibility.

7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

7.3 GCash and Maya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

7.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money Balance remaining after any applicable wagering requirements have been met is eligible for withdrawal.
8.1 juan366 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.
8.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
8.3 juan366 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting wagering contribution imbalances, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
8.4 Promotions are intended for recreational players. juan366 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion or from future promotions without prior notice if abuse is suspected.
8.5 All bonus offers have expiry periods. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the Account without replacement.

9.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or game software failure — juan366 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return all bets placed in that round to the respective Players' Balances.
9.3 If a game result is erroneously displayed due to a software error and the displayed result differs from the actual result recorded on juan366's server, the server record shall prevail.

12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a regulatory compliance requirement or PAGCOR directive, real-money Balance may be held pending investigation and regulatory clearance before being returned.
12.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money Balance will be returned to the registered payment method after KYC verification.
12.4 juan366 reserves the right to deduct from a Player's Balance any amounts owed to juan366 at the time of Account closure, including any bonus funds that have been converted to cash in violation of promotion terms.
13.1 All content on the juan366 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of juan366 or its licensed content providers.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This license does not permit any reproduction, distribution, commercial use, or derivative creation of any Platform content.

17.4 These Terms shall not be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between juan366 and any Player.
